They can connect you to an entire staff of experienced engineers and technicians who can answer your questions, offer advice and solve your conveyor unit problems.
Portec’s Customer Service team can provide emergency or scheduled field service. Put our experience to work for you. Scheduled down time can be a challenge and only provide a small window of time for scheduled service and preventive maintenance. Portec’s field service experience can help you maximize these opportunities and help eliminate future emergencies. By working with your operators and maintenance staff we can reduce conveyor down time by increasing their awareness of preventive maintenance and maintenance know-how to get it done.
