Powered Face Diverters

No Belts to Adjust . . . The Portec PFD is a powered face diverter (PFD) that diverts product without the use of a belt. Instead, it uses a patented double-plus chain technology. This technology increases the speed and reliability of the PFD while decreasing maintenance. It has been engineered for use where precise control of a power face diverter arm is desired. The shape and mounting footprint allow it to be easily installed in existing conveyor applications without extensive modifications. It does not need to be attached to the conveyor system and can be cantilevered up to 10 feet without overhead supports. Both actuator and power face are independently controlled.
