Belt Curves . . . Portec invented
the Belt Power Curve over 45 years ago. With over 65,000 belt curves in service,
we have the experience you can depend upon. Portec Belt Curves use loose belt
technology with positive-drive for long component life and rugged durability.
They have strong all-steel frames built from 3.42mm (10 gauge) steel for the
most rugged operating conditions. The design is strong enough that most jams
will not damage the Portec conveyor or conveyor belt. Our products have a
reputation for low-cost ownership and rugged reliability.

Spiral Belt Conveyors . . . Getting up and around
is easy with the Portec Spiral Curve® and Spiral-Lift®. Portec conveyors
use positive-drive chain / belt technology for reliable operation in the most
rugged handling applications and severe environments. The positive-drive system
is perfect for heavy loads and steep inclines. End roll spin and the resulting
damage does not happen with the Portec positive-drive chain / belt system.

Spiral Chutes . . .Portec ChuteMaster fiberglass
spiral chutes are space-saving, economical and virtually maintenance-free.
They provide a safe, secure means of lowering your products. Portec uses the
highest quality hand-laid fiberglass process instead of the cheaper chopper-gun
system. Standard 90° chute components are available in several diameters.
Specially designed round-bottom profiles help control the descending speed
of the product. There are even multiple-entry modules that allow entry at
several levels into a common spiral chute.

Merge Conveyors . . . Portec Flomaster Belt Merge
Conveyors facilitate the merging of two or more conveyor lines into a single
product transport line and provide a solution to belt tracking problems found
whenever a short wide belt conveyor is utilized. Portec Flomaster's Angle-flo
is a high speed, single belt conveyor that utilizes a patented, low-friction
air bearing to allow a continuous belt to change direction and form a high-speed
angular conveying surface.
